Privacy Policy

LURADI respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your rights. Who we share it with

We share personal information with trusted service providers where necessary to run the store and fulfil orders:

  • Payment providers (payment processing and fraud checks)
  • Shipping and logistics partners (delivery and tracking)
  • Suppliers and partner warehouses (order fulfilment where relevant)
  • IT and hosting providers including Shopify (operations, maintenance and security)
  • Marketing and analytics partners such as Meta and Google (only to the extent you have consented, where required)

We enter into data processing agreements where required.

Overseas disclosure

Our providers may store or process personal information outside your country, including in the European Union, the United States and the countries where our suppliers operate. Where information is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on a lawful basis such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards. For Australian customers, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information no longer than necessary.

  • Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by accounting law (generally up to 7 years from the end of the financial year).
  • Customer service enquiries are kept for a limited period to handle the matter and for documentation.
  • Marketing data and consents are kept until you withdraw consent or they are no longer relevant.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and internal procedures. Only people with a genuine need have access.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • access your personal information
  • correct it
  • delete it (where we are not legally required to keep it)
  • restrict how we process it
  • provide it in a portable format (where applicable)
  • stop processing based on legitimate interests
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, email support@luradi.dk.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies keep the site working; analytics and marketing cookies are used depending on your choices, which you can manage in your browser settings.

Complaints
