Scope

These terms apply to purchases of goods from LURADI made online (distance selling).

Orders and confirmation

Your order is binding once it has been completed and confirmed by email. LURADI may cancel an order in the case of an obvious error (for example a pricing error) or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse. Any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed (or on dispatch, depending on the payment method).

Import duties and taxes: if an item is shipped from outside Australia, any applicable import charges are disclosed at checkout where relevant.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If delivery cannot be made within a reasonable time, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Email support@luradi.dk with your order number, your name and the item(s) you wish to return. Items must then be returned within 30 days of notifying us.

Condition of goods: you may inspect an item as you would in a physical store. If it has been handled beyond this, a deduction for diminished value may apply to the refund.

Exceptions: made-to-order or personalised items; sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once the seal is broken.

Returns and refunds

Return shipping: unless stated otherwise, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds: for a valid change-of-mind return, all payments including standard delivery are refunded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after we receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received back or proof of return is provided, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a claim, email support@luradi.dk with your order number and photos where relevant.

Product information, images and variations

We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colours, texture and fit may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and individual proportions. Minor variations in shade, pattern placement, material feel and finish can occur and are not in themselves a defect where the item otherwise matches its description.

Sizing and measurements

Size guides and measurements are provided as a guide. Minor variations between production runs and materials can occur. We recommend choosing your size based on the stated measurements and your preferred fit.

Availability, backorders and split deliveries

We cannot guarantee that every item is available at all times. If an item is sold out or a delivery issue arises, we may cancel all or part of the order and refund the affected amount, or offer an equivalent item where appropriate. Orders may be delivered in more than one parcel for logistical reasons; a split delivery does not in itself give rise to compensation.

Promotions, discount codes and pricing errors

Discount codes and promotions apply only within the stated period and may be limited to selected items, minimum spend or one use per customer or order. Discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated. If an obvious pricing or text error occurs, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price; we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Cancelling before dispatch

We will try to cancel an order if we are notified before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is handled as a return.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We will inform you as soon as possible of any significant delay. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (carrier issues, customs inspection, weather, or carrier capacity) do not in themselves give rise to compensation, without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Lost parcels, delivered scans and address errors

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us as soon as possible so we can open an enquiry with the carrier. We may ask for supporting information (for example confirmation of the delivery location or a check with neighbours). If a delivery address was entered incorrectly, or a parcel is refused or not collected, re-delivery costs may apply or the order may be handled as a return.

Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to decline, cancel or hold an order where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment, and may request additional verification before processing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LURADI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
