Information about ordering, delivery and tracking your LURADI order.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (business days). During busy periods processing can take longer.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is typically 5–12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carriers, capacity and local conditions in transit.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details are emailed to you. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update, depending on when the carrier scans the parcel.

Split deliveries

Some orders ship in more than one parcel, so individual items may arrive 2–3 business days apart.
