Shipping & Delivery

Every LURADI order is dispatched from our fulfilment partners and handed to a local courier in your country for the final leg, so you can track it the whole way.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and delivered in 6 to 10 business days from dispatch. This applies to Australia and all other destinations we ship to.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan while the parcel is handed over, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

If you haven't received tracking within 72 hours of ordering, contact us and we'll chase it before you have to.

Duties and taxes

Australia: orders valued at A$1,000 or less arrive with nothing further to pay. No customs duty or import GST is charged on delivery, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is no limit on order value. Orders valued over A$1,000 are assessed by Australian customs, and any duty, GST or processing charges are payable by the recipient on arrival.

All other destinations: our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes such as VAT or GST, and a carrier handling fee. These charges are set by your country's authorities, collected by the carrier or customs on arrival, and payable by the recipient. If your order is delayed

If your parcel hasn't moved for an extended period, we will contact you before you have to contact us, and we will offer you the choice of waiting, a replacement, or a full refund. You do not have to chase us for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us straight away. We can usually amend it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
