LURADI is an online fashion boutique for occasion dresses, heels and refined menswear. Every piece is chosen by hand and delivered across Australia with tracking.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 6 to 10 business days from dispatch. These are estimates based on typical delivery times, not a guarantee, as carrier or customs delays can occur. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship across Australia?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide.

Will I pay customs charges on delivery?
Not on Australian orders of A$1,000 or less. They arrive with no customs duty or import GST to pay, so the price at checkout is the price you pay. Orders of any value are welcome: above A$1,000, Australian customs may charge import GST, duty and a processing fee, payable by the recipient on arrival. For orders shipped outside Australia, import duties, taxes and a carrier handling fee may be charged on arrival. These are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient. Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Prices for Australia are shown in AUD.

Can I return an item?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
